Aydan Mammadova

I have been engaged in art since the age of three, exploring a wide range of directions and styles. Over the years, I have experimented extensively, and through this journey, I have discovered my own unique artistic language—one that reflects my inner world and the way I perceive reality. I have participated in numerous international symposia, proudly representing Azerbaijan on many of these platforms, and have taken part in various exhibitions abroad. In addition, I have held several solo exhibitions in Azerbaijan. I was also the first in Azerbaijan to present a live performance of this kind, creating a painting on canvas in real time before an audience—an expressive fusion of movement, emotion, and visual art.

I am also the director of Aydani Gallery and the founder of the Aydani brand. Under this brand, we create clothing featuring hand-painted designs, released in exclusive capsule collections. We collaborate with several well-known Azerbaijani brands, combining fashion with artistic expression. In addition, under the Aydani brand, I have developed my signature pomegranate menu-collection, which is available in only two locations across Azerbaijan. At my gallery, I curate and organize exhibitions, providing artists with a platform for creative self-expression. We host both solo and group exhibitions featuring Azerbaijani as well as international artists of diverse backgrounds and nationalities. Our openings bring together guests who are genuinely interested in discovering new talents, regardless of age. We also organize competitions and hold exhibitions abroad, expanding opportunities for artists beyond local boundaries. The curator of my gallery is digital artist Sevil Karimova
